Scenario
- An organization wants to do a development project.
- The duration of the project will be one year.
- The architect will be working on the project for 6 months.
- In the second month 2 developers will start their work and in the fourth month there will be 4 developers working on the project.
- The project manager will be a TFS-user for the duration of the project.
- In the 9th month the tester will start his work.
- In the last 2 months two more developers are involved in the project.
Inhouse TFS
Before work can start, TFS needs to be configured. This will take a senior developer 4 to 8 weeks. When TFS is operational the administration will take him 4 hours a day.
The senior developers annual salary is € 40.000. Licenses are bought for a 3 year period.
